Redmond, Washington. Any Verano home owner will tell you that Verano is perfectly situated in the thriving suburbs of Seattle, WA. We are seconds away from a protected green belt, and mear minutes from shopping, cafes,
Marymoor Park,
Farrel McWhirter Park, downtown Redmond,
Redmond Town Center, and the 520. We could not ask for a better location!
Verano units were first made available for purchase in 2007 and were entirely sold out by early-2009. Verano has a budding Home Owners Association (HOA) that is eager to make Verano the best home it can be for all of Verano's home owners. The Verano HOA's Board of Directors is very active and has created this website to give current and prospective Home Owners a place where they can be informed about Verano news, events, critical contact information, and other helpful resources.
